Shipping policy

Please note that all Casual Country Club orders are fulfilled out of Long Beach, CA. Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be fulfilled and account for shipping transit time by carrier. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an automated email with tracking information. PREORDER SHIPPING:
Please note that occasionally products may be offered as "PREORDER." During the purchasing process, please take not of the product description in order to determine if the product you are purchasing is considered a "PREORDER" item. If that is the case, please be aware that "PREORDER" products may take a few weeks to receive. Production commences once the PREORDER campaign concludes. General, estimated ship date details will be listed on the product information. You will receive a shipping notification via email when your order is prepared to ship.

GENERAL SHIPPING:
In-stock items typically ship within 1-3 business days. Once your order is prepared to ship you will receive an email notification with tracking information. Ship time is dependent on your selection of ship method and your location for delivery.
